TOPIC: Wildfire Prevention
Resolved: California, ought to significantly increase its spending on wildfire prevention.

Background: 

California spends a tremendous amount of money on wildfire prevention, but is it enough? So many homes are being destroyed and business too. Is California doing everything it can, is it doing everything it should in order to protect us from wildfires? As much as 1/3 of California is covered with trees and with the drought conditions we have been facing, many of these trees have died — making more fuel for a small fire to become even larger — possibly an INFERNO!
The topic is simple… Should CA do more, or is what we are currently doing enough?
