Resolved: The United States ought to provide a universal basic income.

Background:
A Universal Basic Income means providing a sum of money to all of a country\’s citizens for the purpose of helping them live a better life. For the wealthy, it would not make much of a difference, but for those experiencing middle (and/or low) income conditions, the extra money could make a tremendous difference in the quality of life of millions of people.
