21st Century Debate Championship

They are hosting a “full” debate event… [Event Guidelines (PDF)].
Date (Los Angeles): Friday, March 1, 2024, to Saturday, March 2, 2024.
Time (Pacific Time): Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Saturday, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Location (Zoom!): An online event hosted on Zoom (Details = later).
Events: “Public Forum Debate”, Skills Debate, and Crossfire Champions (All events = all grades).
Note: There will be other extra events including essay and persuasive speech.
Divisions: This event is “open” for middle school, but technically a novice division for high school.
Topic (NSDA): Resolved: The U.S. federal government should ban single-use plastics. [Research Page]
Prizes: They will have certificates, trophies, and/or medallions.
Cost: $25.00 per person.
